Director Bobby has specially designed Jai Lava Kusa keeping in view Nandamuri fans. He believed in NTR’s performance and didn’t bother much with story. The movie was always safe that out of three roles any one role would click. Exactly in the same ratio, Jai role has clicked and a new NTR was be seen. Fans would like all the three roles but the common audience would appreciate Jai character more. You can enjoy music and camera work. Overall – Jai Lava Kusa is a festive treat for Nandamuri Fans and one time watch for other movie lovers.
Jr NTR stuns but the film falls short of expectations Jai Lava Kusa impresses but only in parts -- every time Jr NTR is on screen, the film holds on. By itself, the movie offers little with the lead actresses and support cast having almost nothing to contribute.
First and major reason not to give Jai Lava Kusa a miss this weekend is the fact that for the first time fans will get to see Jr NTR play a triple role. Jr NTR has excelled at performing all three roles, while effortlessly switching between Jai, Lava and Kusa showing the stark contract in their characters.
On the whole, Jai Lava Kusa is NTR’s one-man show. The film is surely a treat for fans as they will love Jai’s negative role in particular. Even though the film has an old school storyline and slow narration in places, the way it has been showcased ends up as a good watch for fans and an average watch for the regular audience. All we suggest you is to lower your expectations before you watch the film.
